Most online coaching gives you a PDF programme and a weekly check-in message. KNGMVMT is built on daily engagement, continuous data analysis, and real-time adjustments. No outsourcing, no templates — every decision is made with your specific data in mind.
No. We work with athletes at all levels — from those picking up a barbell for the first time to competitors preparing for a stage or event. What matters is your commitment, not your current level.
Your programme is built around the equipment you have — commercial gym, home gym, or limited kit. We work with what you've got and maximise it.
Minimum commitment is 3 months. Real transformation takes time and we only work with people ready for that. Most clients continue 6–12 months and beyond.
